3. Creator Accounts & Profiles
Creators may submit:
  • Profile photos
  • Social links
  • Descriptions
  • Public promotional content

By submitting content, you confirm that:
  • You are the rightful owner of the material
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish and promote the content on male4fans and our social platforms
  • All persons depicted are 18+

4. Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload:
  • Explicit nudity
  • Pornographic content
  • Illegal content
  • Copyrighted material you do not own
  • Hate speech, violence, or harassment
We may remove content or profiles at our discretion.

5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
  • Traffic
  • Followers
  • Income
  • Conversions
  • Promotion frequency
  • The Platform is offered “as-is” and “as available.”

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
  • Loss of income
  • Content misuse by third parties
  • Downtime or errors
  • Actions of creators or external platforms
  • Maximum liability is limited to €100 or the minimum allowed by law.

7. Termination We may suspend or remove profiles without prior notice if Terms are violated.
Creators may request removal at any time via email. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by German law, jurisdiction Germany.
